Discovery Night Seeds

We are entering a joy-filled, exciting time of the Holland Christian School calendar. Though the ground is still covered in snow and ice, we are busy making plans for the next school year. It is the season of school tours with new families, interviews with prospective parents, Discovery Night experiences and many conversations with folks who are curious to know more about who we are and what we do. Please join me in committing to pray for families who are seeking the educational home for their child where he/she will be loved, known, taught and grown into God. Schooling is a big decision and commitment for families to consider. We claim the promise in Ephesians 2:10 "For we are God's handiwork, created in Jesus Christ to do good work, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Thanks be to God that He holds the plans for our lives and for our children's journey. As parents, we can rest in that knowledge. As a school community, we know that we can be faithful and God will be great!

We were blessed on Thursday evening with a tremendous turn out at our Discovery Night event. Parents were able to visit South Side, talk with teachers, hear about different programming options and begin establishing friendships. Thank you for sharing your story of Holland Christian if you have been given the opportunity. It is a humble honor, one that we as a staff value tremendously, to partner with each of you in raising God's beautiful children.

15-16 Kindergarten Enrollment
We're ready to enroll the Class of 2028! Kindergarten enrollment begins February 3, but early enrollment is open to HC families beginning February 2. Enrollment is completed online at hollandchristian.org/apply. Details were emailed to parents earlier this month. 15-16 Preschool Enrollment
We are also preparing for preschool enrollment, including our new Junior Kindergarten program and a full line up of Afternoon Enrichment Classes! Preschool enrollment begins February 10, but early enrollment is open to HC families beginning February 9. Enrollment is completed online at hollandchristian.org/apply and requires a $75 deposit. Hot Lunch Request
Would you please take time to check the balance of your child(ren's) lunch account?  There are several accounts in arrears and it would be appreciated if they could be brought up to date soon.  If you have questions about or have difficulty accessing your child's account please contact Sue Lambers at slambers@hollandchristian.org
